This tutorial provides an overview of the analytics section in your Slash Expert Dashboard, highlighting key metrics and functionalities to help you analyze and improve your expert program's performance.
To get started, click on the Analytics tab in the top menu.

At the top of the page, you'll find a set of date filters: 12 months, 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours. These filters allow you to customize the time frame for the data you want to analyze. Simply select a range to update the analytics view.

Next is the Key Metrics Overview.

In the Metrics Overview section, you can track your total spend in real time.
Other metrics include Return on Expert Spend, which measures the revenue generated from your expert program compared to your investment, providing insights into its profitability.

The Closed Deals metric indicates the total number of finalized sales or agreements influenced by your experts, helping you track the direct impact of your program on revenue growth.

Next, we have Experts Activity, where you can track the overall engagement and performance of your experts.

The Total Experts Card shows the number of experts in your program. Directory views reflect how many times your experts were viewed in the directory, and Expert Meetings highlights the number of scheduled meetings with experts.

The CRM Leads section provides a breakdown of new and existing leads generated by your expert program. This section will deliver actionable insights into your pipeline performance, helping you track and convert leads effectively.

In addition, the Active Deals and Closed Deals sections will allow you to monitor ongoing deals and track their completion rates.

This concludes the analytics section of the Slash Expert Dashboard. By following these steps, you will be able to effectively analyze your expert program's performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
